Flame-retardant Commercial Grade
Polyolefin Heatshrink Tubing
(SCG Grade - 135dec C; UL-224 VW1)
APPLICATIONS:
Our Commercial Grade Polyolefin Heatshrink Tubings are widely used to provide
insulation and strain relief of wire terminations and connections. Used for jacketing wire
bundles and light duty harnesses where superior abrasion resistance is desired. Due to its
superior quality and conformance to CSA approval, American Test Standards, and UL
approval, this product is frequently used in marine and any other sensitive installations.
Other applications of our SCG tubing include: identifying and color-coding electrical
connections and wire bundles, packaging components and protecting wire markers.

SCG PRODUCT FEATURES AND DESCRIPTIONS:
Our SCG tubing's excellent physical, chemical, and electrical properties
meet the requirements of CSA C22.2 OFT and UL 224-VW1 standards. SCG tubing has a shrink
ratio of 2:1. Its high abrasion and solvent resistance is superior to that of many
flexible, general -purpose Polyolefin Tubings. SCG tubing has a operating temperature of
-75deg C to +135deg C. Its high flexibility enables the tubing to conform to irregular
shapes. SCG tubing comes in blue, yellow, black, white, red, and transparent. Other colors
are also available upon request. All color tubings are flame retarded except transparent
tubing. The products are supplied in continuous reels or in pre-cut sleeves.
